About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Key Account Manager Processed Fruit Products to build and scale Superplum’s emerging value-added fruit business. The role will be responsible for developing customers, launching new products, driving revenue, and building long-term partnerships across Modern Trade, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Food Service & HORECA

The candidate will work closely with Product, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing and Finance teams to take products from development listing launch scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Key Account Management
- Identify and onboard strategic customers across MT, E-commerce, Q-commerce, Food Service, HORECA and Institutional channels.
- Build relationships with category heads, buyers and procurement teams.
- Lead commercial negotiations, annual agreements and joint business plans.
- Develop long-term, high-value customer partnerships.

2. New Product Commercialisation
- Drive launches across IQF fruits and upcoming processed fruit categories.
- Work with product and operations teams on pack sizes, pricing,



specifications and customer requirements.
- Lead sampling, trials, listing and launch execution.
- Identify new applications and customer use cases for Superplum products.

3. Revenue & Business Growth
- Build annual and monthly business plans for assigned accounts.
- Drive revenue, margins and repeat business.
- Expand assortment and increase share of wallet within existing accounts.
- Identify new geographies and customer segments.

4. Market Development
- Track market trends, competitor products, pricing and consumer preferences.
- Identify whitespace opportunities across processed fruit categories.
- Develop new channels and export opportunities.
- Build a robust pipeline of prospective customers.

5. Cross-Functional Execution
- Coordinate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing for seamless execution.
