Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities in the glass processing plant, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and operational efficiency are achieved. The role involves supervising production personnel, monitoring processes, and coordinating with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management
- Supervise and coordinate daily production operations.
- Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved.
- Monitor workflow and optimize machine utilization.
- Minimize production downtime and material wastage.
- Ensure timely completion of customer orders.
- Supervise and coordinate Manpower

Team Supervision




- Lead and manage production operators and helpers.
- Allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Conduct employee training and skill development programs.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of team members.

Quality Control
- Ensure all processed glass products meet company and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department to address quality issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for defects and customer complaints.
- Maintain quality records and production reports.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
