We are looking for an experienced and proactive Client Servicing Executive who can effectively manage client relationships while supporting social media, marketing, media buying, presentations, and campaign coordination.

Role Overview

The Client Servicing Executive will act as a key link between clients and internal teams. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, coordinating social media and marketing activities, preparing professional presentations and reports,



and assisting in media planning and buying.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the media ecosystem, particularly digital and social media, and should be comfortable working with Government and PSU clients in a skilled and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong professional relationships.

· Understand client requirements, briefs, objectives, and communication priorities.

· Coordinate with internal social media, content, creative, design, video, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.

· Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns for Government, PSU, and institutional clients.

· Monitor social media activities, campaign performance, content calendars, and deliverables.
