FREED is looking for a Team Leader Sales (Finance Process) to join our growing team.

ROLE DETAILS
Experience: 3+ years in Sales, preferably Finance/Banking/NBFC
Team Handling: Minimum 2 years
Location: Gurgaon sector 62

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Own team targets, revenue and overall sales performance
Lead the team towards daily, weekly and monthly targets
Monitor KPIs, productivity, conversion and performance
Prepare and analyze MIS and share actionable insights
Coach, train and motivate team members
Identify performance gaps and drive improvement plans
Actively support the team in achieving closures
