Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle databases for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Perform database upgrades, patching, and migration activities to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex database issues using various tools such as SQL Developer and Exadata Management Console.
- Collaborate with development teams to design scalable database architectures that meet business requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in Oracle DBA role with expertise in Oracle Administration (RAC, ASM, Data Guard).
- Solid understanding of Exadata architecture and its components (e.g., storage nodes, compute nodes).
- Experience with database upgrade/migration processes from one version of Oracle to another (e.g., 10g to 11g).
- Proficiency in performing routine maintenance tasks such as backups, archiving, and monitoring.
