Social Media Manager

Location: Chandigarh

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms.

● Plan, create, and manage engaging content, campaigns, and social media calendars.

● Monitor trends, audience engagement, and social media performance.

● Coordinate with the creative/content team for consistent and engaging communication.

● Analyze performance and suggest strategies to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility.

● Lead, manage, and train a team of social media executives, ensuring quality and timely execution.

Requirements

● Up to 1 year of experience in social media management.

● Robust understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies.

● Good communication, creative thinking, and organizational skills.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

● Prior team-handling or mentoring experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
