About Right Gold

Right Gold is a modern jewellery retail brand focused on building trust through transparent pricing, quality jewellery, competitive making charges and a strong customer experience.

We are looking for a Brand Manager who can take ownership of the Right Gold brand across digital and offline touchpoints and translate business objectives into impactful consumer communication.

This is not a social media posting or execution role. We are looking for someone with strong brand strategy, creative thinking, campaign planning and content strategy capabilities who can lead and guide the creative and social media ecosystem.

Role Overview

As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for defining what Right Gold communicates, how it communicates and why it matters to the consumer.

You will work closely with the Founder, Social Media, Content, Video, Design,



Influencer and Marketing teams to develop campaigns and content that strengthen the brand while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Own and strengthen Right Gold's brand positioning, tone of voice and communication direction.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across social media, website, stores, WhatsApp, campaigns and marketing materials.
- Translate business objectives into explicit consumer-facing communication.
- Strengthen key brand propositions including trust, transparency, competitive making charges, quality and modern jewellery retail.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and communication standards.

Creative & Content Strategy
- Develop monthly and weekly content strategies and content pillars.
- Create concepts for Reels, campaigns, founder-led content, customer stories, product storytelling and educational jewellery content.
