Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Manage daily store activities, inventory, and speed of service while strictly maintaining food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Financial Performance: Drive sales targets, control labor and food costs, and maximize store profitability.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor shift managers and crew members.
- Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of guest service and resolve any customer complaints quickly.
Job Profile & Requirements
- Experience: at least 1 to 2 years in a store manager or RGM role.
- Skills: Robust leadership, operational knowledge of P&L; (Profit and Loss), and problem-solving abilities.
