We are looking for an experienced Java AWS Technical Lead with strong expertise in AWS cloud technologies, cloud migration, Java-based application development, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will drive cloud transformation initiatives, guide engineering teams, provide technical leadership, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade solutions on AWS.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and implementation of cloud-native solutions using Java and AWS.
- Drive cloud migration initiatives from on-premise or legacy environments to AWS.
- Guide development teams through story grooming, solution design, technical refinement, and implementation.
- Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) and evaluate emerging technologies for business adoption.
- Mentor and support engineering teams in understanding requirements, solution approaches, and technical best practices.
- Design and implement scalable and secure cloud architectures using AWS services.
- Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
- Support containerized application deployments using ECS/EKS.




- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver business solutions.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, cloud governance, security, and operational excellence.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, story refinement, and design reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across application delivery and cloud engineering practices.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Software Development and Cloud Engineering.
- Strong expertise in Java application development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud migration projects.
- Robust experience with AWS services including:
- S3
- ECS
- EKS
- DynamoDB
- Step Functions
- Lambda
- Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
