Job Title: Test Lead Flexcube Testing
Location: Kochi (Client Location)
Experience: 10–15 Years

We are looking for a test lead with flexcube test experience.

Min 10-15 yrs of experience across models.

Expecting the lead to also have peripheral applocation test experience as well.

Must have:

banking/financial services industry
Skills: T24/Finacle/ Flexcube (Payments, MT, ALM, Treasury)

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong understanding of banking domain concepts and financial transactions.
Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM).
Experience with SQL and database testing.
Familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for core banking systems.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
Identify, analyze, and document software defects using bug tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables.
Participate in test setting setup and maintenance.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
