We are looking detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain stock room entries, ensuring accurate recording of day-to-day inventory transactions, including stock in and out movements. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory records are updated and accurate, supporting smooth stockroom operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record stock in/out transactions in the inventory management system.
- Maintain and update inventory records daily.
- Verify and cross-check physical stock with system records regularly.
- Generate and share inventory reports with the management team.
- Assist in stock audits and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with warehouse and stockroom teams for smooth stock handling.
- Ensure proper documentation for all stock movements, including receipts, issues, and transfers.




- Identify and report any irregularities or stock issues to the supervisor.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience in data entry and experience with inventory management software.
- Basic understanding of stockroom and inventory processes.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
