Role & Responsibilities
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and employee experience initiatives.
- Plan and execute employee events, celebrations, team-building, and recognition programs.
- Conduct employee surveys, pulse checks, and feedback sessions.
- Manage internal communication and culture-building campaigns.
- Coordinate town halls, employee connects, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Analyze engagement data and prepare reports/dashboards.
- Partner with HR, managers, and leadership to improve employee experience.
- Introduce creative initiatives to build an inclusive and positive workplace culture.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 510 years of experience in Employee Engagement, HR, Employee Experience, Culture, or HRBP.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in engagement activities, events, recognition, and employee connects.
- Good analytical, presentation, and content creation skills.
- Creative, proactive, empathetic, and people-oriented.
- Experience in a fast-paced/multi-location organization preferred.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
