A high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager to own the complete sales funnel for premium residential and commercial interior projects. You will convert leads, drive client consultations, close high-value design contracts, and meet quarterly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification & Pitching:
- Connect with incoming leads, evaluate requirements, and conduct initial client pitch meetings.
- Present studio portfolios, design capabilities, and project proposals effectively to prospective clients.
- Pipeline Management & Conversion:
- Manage end-to-end sales pipelines using cloud tracking and CRM tools.
- Follow up systematically on proposals, negotiate contract terms, and finalize project agreements.
- Revenue & Growth:
- Meet and exceed individual and team monthly/annual sales targets.
- Build networks with property developers, architects, and referral channels to expand pipeline volume.
- Cross-Functional Handover:
- Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to senior designers and site execution teams with complete client brief documentation.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
