We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager / Senior Executive Purchase & Supply Chain Management for our electrical infrastructure and project operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities for electrical projects.
- Source and procure electrical materials, equipment, tools, and project-related items.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Obtain quotations, conduct price comparisons, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchase orders.
- Coordinate with project, site, stores, and accounts teams for material requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials at project sites.
- Monitor purchase orders, pending materials, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, quotations, comparative statements, and procurement reports.




- Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative vendors.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.
- Manage supply chain coordination to avoid material shortages and project delays.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / BE / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 5to 7 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, SCM, or Project Procurement.
- Experience in Electrical EPC, MSEDCL, HT/LT Line, Substation, Solar, DTC, or Electrical Infrastructure Projects will be preferred.
- Robust knowledge of electrical materials and equipment.
- Good negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Odoo will be an added advantage.
