Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on overseas education opportunities based on their academic background, career goals, and budget.
- Provide expert guidance on destinations such as UK, Ireland, Australia, Europe, New Zealand, and other international destinations.
- Handle the complete student counselling and admissions process from initial enquiry to offer acceptance.
- Assist students with university/course selection, applications, documentation, and admission requirements.
- Provide guidance on visa requirements, documentation, financial requirements, and visa interview preparation.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students and ensure timely conversion of enquiries into admissions.
- Build solid relationships with students, parents, universities, and institutional partners.
- Stay updated on university intakes, admission criteria, scholarships, tuition fees, and visa regulations.
- Coordinate with application, documentation,



and visa processing teams for smooth case handling.
- Mentor junior counselors and support the team in handling complex student cases.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems regularly.

Candidate Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education Counselling.
- Strong knowledge of international universities, courses, admission processes, and visa procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, counselling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong student conversion and follow-up skills.
- Experience handling multiple destinations will be an added advantage.
