Job Description – Accountant

Location: Perinthalmanna, Kerala OR Bangalore, Karnataka
Note: The selected candidate will be required to work at either Perinthalmanna or Bangalore, based on the organization’s requirement and the candidate’s suitability.

Position: Accountant

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, payroll-related coordination, and other finance and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements, cash balances, and ledger accounts.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables and follow up when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of accounting activities.




- Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by the Management.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an Accountant or in a similar accounting role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with the team.
- Candidates should be willing to work at either Perinthalmanna or Bangalore, depending on the final placement.
