Role Description
The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves supporting daily sales operations, including managing inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions. The Sales Coordinator will handle customer communication, respond to queries about products and diet plans, and ensure a smooth customer journey from initial contact to post-sale follow-up. Responsibilities include preparing sales reports,



assisting with scheduling and order follow-ups, collaborating with nutrition and operations teams, and helping optimize processes to improve customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage pipelines, track activities, and support the sales team.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, address concerns, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and qualified interpersonal interaction.
- Relevant experience in inside sales, account coordination, or customer support, preferably in health, wellness, or consumer services.
