About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Facility Manager to manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, housekeeping, staff, and overall upkeep of a private bungalow/residence. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, trustworthy, and capable of coordinating multiple vendors and household staff while maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Property & Facility Management

Ensure the bungalow, gardens, utilities, equipment, and other facilities are maintained in excellent condition.

Conduct regular inspections of the property and identify maintenance requirements.

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, pumps, appliances, etc.

Maintain records of maintenance activities, warranties, AMC contracts, and service schedules.

Ensure the property is clean, functional, protected, and presentable at all times.

2. Staff Management

Supervise household staff such as housekeeping, gardeners, drivers, security personnel, cooks,



and maintenance staff.

Prepare staff schedules, allocate duties, and monitor attendance and performance.

Ensure staff follow appropriate standards of hygiene, discipline, grooming, and conduct.

Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and replacement of staff when required.

3. Vendor & Contractor Management

Identify and coordinate with reliable vendors, technicians, contractors, and service providers.

Obtain quotations and negotiate rates where appropriate.

Monitor the quality and timely completion of outsourced work.

Maintain vendor contacts, contracts, invoices, and service records.

4. Security & Safety

Ensure effective security arrangements for the property.

Coordinate with security guards and monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and other security systems.

Ensure fire safety equipment and emergency systems are inspected and maintained.
