Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct Virtual interview in various platform.
- Source for IT & Non-IT profiles (IT Infrastructure & software)
- Till onboarding follow-up with the candidate
- Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.




- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
- Analyze candidate feedback from interviews to improve future sourcing strategies.

Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software for productive candidate management.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates alike.
