We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Hardware and Networking Trainer to conduct theoretical classes and hands-on practical lab sessions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in computer hardware, operating systems, and network administration, along with excellent teaching and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on Computer Hardware, Assembling/Disassembling, and OS Troubleshooting (Windows/Linux).
- Teach advanced networking concepts including Routing, Switching, IP Addressing, and Subnetting (CCNA level).
- Conduct practical lab sessions and assist students with hands-on technical experiments.
- Design, develop, and update training modules, study materials, and lab manuals as per current industry trends.
- Evaluate student performance through practical tests, assignments, and mock interviews.




- Maintain and manage the IT infrastructure and lab equipment of the institute.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to students preparing for IT support and networking roles.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an IT Trainer, Network Engineer, or Desktop Support Engineer.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA certifications are highly preferred.
- Solid practical knowledge of PC hardware, Windows Server, basic cybersecurity, and LAN/WAN configurations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
