Govianu Wealth Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Architect to join our Architecture & Design team in Bengaluru.

* Position: Architect
* Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
* Work Mode: Work from Office + Site Visits
* Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
* Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch
* Experience: 2–8 Years
* CTC: ₹4.00 – ₹8.00 LPA (based on experience & performance)

What we're looking for:
- Robust architectural design & planning skills
- Experience in residential/real estate projects preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop & V-Ray
- Knowledge of building codes, RERA norms and safety standards
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes and sustainable design
- Good 3D visualization, presentation and communication skills
- Site coordination and execution experience
