For our office in Trivandrum, dSPACE is looking for creative and motivated professionals. You will be a key member of the agile team responsible for the continuous development and operation of our companywide D365FO solution across the dSPACE Group.

We are offering a position as a Senior Software Developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. In this role, you will leverage your strong software development background and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365-FO to contribute across the entire software development lifecyclefrom requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, deployment, and ongoing support. Beyond development, you will take technical ownership within the team, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with Product Owners, architects, and other stakeholders.

Your Tasks
- You actively participate in an Agile Scrum team, including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups
- You collaborate with architects to ensure compliance with architecture, security, and governance standards
- You analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions
- You design, develop, and maintain customizations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- You implement user stories and technical tasks from a prioritized backlog in Azure DevOps
- You refactor and optimize existing X++ implementations
- You ensure high code quality, performance, and maintainability through code reviews and adherence to best practices
- You provide technical guidance and mentoring within the development team

Your Profile
- You hold an MCA, B.Tech, or
