We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships across supply chain finance and working capital lending solutions.

The role requires strong expertise in onboarding Corporate Anchors, Distributors, Dealers, Vendors, and MSME Clients while building long-term relationships with financial institutions and enterprise customers.

This is a high-impact role involving Revenue Ownership, Business Expansion, Strategic Account Management, and Cross-functional Collaboration.





The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive sustainable growth in a rapid-paced fintech workplace.

- 3-10 years of experience in Business Development / Enterprise Sales within FinTech, NBFC, Banking, or Trade Finance industry
- Mandatory experience in Supply Chain Finance (SCF)
- Strong experience in Vendor Finance, Dealer Finance, Bill Discounting, or Working Capital Lending
- Proven track record of achieving Revenue and Disbursement Targets
- Strong network of CFO leaders within the targeted prospective accounts is required.
- Experience in onboarding Corporate Anchors, MSMEs, Distributors, Dealers, and Vendors
- Strong understanding of Working Capital Cycles, Receivable Financing, and Inventory Funding
- Ability to drive End-to-End Client Acquisition and Deal Ex
