Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
- Manage offer rollouts, onboarding, BGV, and pre-joining activities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, Power BI, dashboards, and reports.
- Support campus hiring, employee engagement, training, and HR activities.

Required Skills
- 47 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Solid experience in IT & Non-IT hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, and MS Office.
- Strong sourcing, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities.

Preferred: Corporate/MNC experience with exposure to onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
