Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly competent and performance-driven
US Technical Recruiter
with a minimum of 4 years of experience in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing
Direct Client, MSP, and VMS requirements
, along with a strong track record of delivering high-quality submissions within defined timelines.

Experience hiring across key domains such as
BFSI, Retail, and Pharma
will be critical to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the
end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle
, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work extensively on
Direct Client, MSP, and VMS requirements
, ensuring timely and quality submissions.
- Source candidates using platforms such as
LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder
, and internal databases.
- Conduct
in-depth screening
to evaluate candidates’ technical expertise, communication skills, visa status, and domain alignment.




- Collaborate with
account managers and hiring managers
to understand role requirements across
BFSI, Retail, and Pharma domains
.
- Ensure
quick turnaround time (TAT)
and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Manage
rate negotiations, offer discussions, and onboarding coordination
.
- Maintain accurate records in the
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
.
- Stay updated on
US staffing trends, visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC)
, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum
4+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / Staffing
.
- Mandatory experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS models
.
- Robust experience recruiting for
BFSI.
- Solid understanding of
IT technologies and technical roles
(Developers, Data Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, QA, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as
LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder
