Role Description
The Supply Chain Planner role at KOKI Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing demand and production planning activities to ensure optimal inventory levels, timely fulfillment, and efficient resource utilization. The Supply Chain Planner will analyze sales forecasts, historical data, and market trends to develop accurate plans, coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams, and monitor supply chain performance metrics. The role also includes resolving supply constraints, updating planning parameters in systems, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and preparing regular reports for management. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and clear communication of planning decisions are essential components of the day-to-day work.

- Relevant experience in supply chain or manufacturing planning, preferably in an industrial or electronics environment.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel or planning tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
