Key Responsibilities

Manpower & Workforce Management
- Manage HR operations for 300+ blue- and white-collar employees.
- Plan manpower requirements in coordination with departmental heads.
- Ensure adequate manpower across departments and shifts.
- Identify manpower shortages and arrange timely replacements.
- Maintain contingency plans for absenteeism, leave and attrition.

Shift & Roster Management
- Manage the 24/7 store operations and 3-shift workforce.
- Prepare and monitor daily shift rosters in coordination with departmental heads.
- Ensure every department has adequate manpower in every shift.
- Handle last-minute absenteeism and arrange immediate replacements.
- Monitor weekly offs, overtime, shift changes and working hours.

Attendance & Employee Discipline
- Monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, late coming and unauthorized absence.
- Ensure accurate attendance and leave records.
- Address habitual absenteeism and disciplinary issues.
- Coordinate with department heads to resolve attendance and manpower-related concerns.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition




- Manage end-to-end recruitment for pharmacy, retail, warehouse, support and managerial positions.
- Handle both volume hiring and specialized recruitment.
- Source candidates through Naukri, referrals, consultants, walk-ins and other channels.
- Conduct HR screening and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and frequently required positions.

Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, counselling and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain positive employee relations across blue- and white-collar employees.
- Act as a bridge between employees, departmental heads and management.
- Conduct exit interviews and identify reasons for employee attrition.
- Develop initiatives to improve employee retention.

HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage onboarding, documentation, induction and employ
