Job Summary
Apolis is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Staffing Sales Specialist to drive business growth through new client acquisition, account development, and long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Staffing / Recruitment Sales, excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to independently manage the complete hunting and farming of accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and connect with prospective clients to understand their recruitment and staffing requirements.
2. Pitch Apolis Recruitment & Staffing Services and convert prospects into active clients.
3. Drive new client acquisition through cold calling, networking, references, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels.
4. Own the complete hunting and farming lifecycle of assigned accounts.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams,
Business Leaders, and decision-makers.
6. Understand client requirements and work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure successful fulfilment.
7. Generate leads, schedule client meetings, negotiate commercials, and drive business closures.
8. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand Apolis services within existing accounts.
9. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups.
10. Achieve assigned business development, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
11. Stay updated on market trends, hiring demands, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years up to 15 years of experience in Staffing Sales, Recruitment Sales, IT Staffing, RPO, HR Services, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, professional, and pleasing personality.
- Solid client-facing and relationship-management skills.
