We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with solid expertise in cost control, estimation, contracts, and commercial management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates, budgets & tender documents
- Monitor project costs, expenditure, commitments & cash flow
- Manage valuations, payment certifications & final accounts
- Handle variations, claims, contracts & commercial matters
- Manage procurement and subcontractor evaluations
- Conduct cost analysis, reporting & financial reconciliation
- Monitor site progress, materials, resources & construction activities
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers & site teams
- Provide commercial and cost advisory to safeguard project interests
- Support project delivery, cost efficiency, budget compliance & timely execution
