We’re looking for a Creative Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into visually compelling content that grabs attention, communicates clearly, and makes brands look memorable.

What You’ll DoSocial Media Design
- Design creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging posts, carousels, stories, ads, thumbnails, and campaign creatives.
- Develop visually solid concepts for Reels and short-form video content.
- Design content that is creative, relevant, and aligned with current social media trends.
- Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats and dimensions.

Brand & Campaign Design
- Translate brand strategies and content ideas into strong visual concepts.
- Develop creative directions for campaigns,



launches, promotions, festivals, and topical content.
- Maintain consistency with each client's brand identity, typography, colors, imagery, and overall visual language.
- Create fresh visual identities and design systems for new campaigns when required.
- Understand the difference between designing for different audiences, industries, and brand personalities.

Creative Thinking
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the content and social media team.
- Bring original design ideas instead of simply executing briefs.
- Experiment with layouts, typography, imagery, illustration, motion, and visual storytelling.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media aesthetics, memes, internet culture, and emerging creative formats.
- Find creative ways to make even ordinary information visually interesting.

Collaboration
- Work closely with social media managers, content writers, video editors, performa
