Strong hands-on exposure to Finacle Core Banking, including E-Limits and E-Collaterals.
- Ability to perform end-to-end solutioning, including requirement analysis and functional design.




- Experience in managing business stakeholder interactions, requirement workshops, and expectation alignment.
- Strong ownership of delivery timelines, coordination, and milestone tracking.
- Proficient in Finacle customization, including:
- Menu customization
- API integration and configuration
- Batch job setup and monitoring
- Positive functional knowledge of key banking modules:
- CASA
- Term Deposits (TD)
- Loans
- Limits
- Collaterals
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, ceremonies, and delivery model.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and Node.js will be an added advantage
