Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle, including recent product launches and product rationalization.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage strategic vendor partnerships.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies while ensuring healthy margins.
- Analyze sales trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan inventory, demand forecasting, and replenishment in coordination with Supply Chain teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing for promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Work closely with Retail Operations and Visual Merchandising teams to improve customer experience.
- Track KPIs including Sales, Margin, Inventory Turnover, Sell-through Rate, and GMROI.
- Present category performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
