Comfit & Valves manufactures precision instrumentation valves and fittings for the oil & gas, power, chemical and process industries — serving customers across India and export markets. As we scale up ERP-driven planning, manufacturing engineering and automation, we're looking for a Plant Head to take full ownership of our plant operations.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll own the plant end-to-end — with a explicit mandate to eliminate overdue order value (Rupee Delay Days) while upholding quality, safety and cost discipline.

What We're Looking For
✅ B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production or Manufacturing Engineering (MBA preferred)
✅ 12–18 years' total experience, incl. 5+ years as Plant Head/Operations Head with full P&L; or plant ownership
✅ Background in instrumentation/industrial valves,



precision engineering, auto or aerospace components preferred
✅ Strong grip on CNC/VMC operations, valve assembly, quality systems (ISO 9001, API 6D/598), TPM/Six Sigma, and ERP-based execution

- Driving on-time, in-full delivery by identifying and expanding the plant's real capacity constraint
- Production planning, procurement, inventory & working capital
- ISO/HSE/API compliance and audit readiness
- Automation, cost reduction and manufacturing engineering initiatives
- Building and developing a high-performing leadership team
