About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Key Account Manager (KAM) to support account management, operational execution, and data/reporting activities. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day business requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of account-related operations.





Key Responsibilities
- Support Key Account Managers in handling day-to-day account operations and client coordination.
- Assist in order management, tracking, and operational execution across accounts.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales trackers, and account performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as supply chain, finance, operations, and marketing for smooth execution.
- Monitor account-level performance metrics and highlight gaps or opportunities.
- Ensure timely sharing of reports, data analysis, and updates with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of account activities, agreements, and operational processes.
- Support in resolving operational issues and ensuring timely closure of action items.
- Assist in preparing presentations, business reviews, and performance summaries.
