JOB Purpose:

To design, develop, implement, and maintain efficient IT systems, applications, and integrations in collaboration with IT infrastructure to ensure that our IT landscape is robust, efficient, scalable, and capable of supporting our business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software applications.
- Maintain existing software and systems to ensure smooth, reliable, and productive operations.
- Develop and implement integrations between systems to facilitate information exchange and improve business efficiency.
- Monitor application performance, identify issues, and implement performance improvements.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Prepare and maintain solution design documents, technical specifications, and implementation documentation.




- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, software quality, security best practices, and engineering standards.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes, release management, and deployment automation.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams to deliver project objectives.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, debugging, and technical documentation.
- Identify and recommend innovative solutions and continuous improvements to enhance business processes, application performance, and engineering practices.
