Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate, performance-driven, and customer-focused Solar Consultants who will be

responsible for converting qualified leads into happy solar customers. This is a field sales role that requires

direct interaction with potential customers at their homes, educating them about solar solutions,

conducting site assessments, and closing deals.

What You’ll Do (The Jobs to be Done)

1. Lead Conversion & Customer Interaction:

● Visit customer homes and conduct detailed consultations based on qualified leads shared

by the company.

● Educate customers on solar energy, benefits, and ROI calculations in a simple, compelling

manner.

● Understand the customer’s electricity consumption patterns and requirements to suggest

the most suitable solar solutions.

● Build long-term relationships with homeowners to establish trust and credibility.

● Visit customer homes and conduct detailed consultations based on qualified leads shared

by the company.

2. Site Assessments:

● Conduct physical site surveys to assess roof condition, area availability, and other

technical feasibility aspects.

● Coordinate with internal teams for remote site evaluation or
