Designation: Sales Manager

Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving showroom sales targets, managing and developing the sales team, improving enquiry-to-retail conversion, ensuring excellent customer experience, and driving overall sales growth and profitability for the assigned location.

The Sales Manager will own the complete sales funnel from lead generation and enquiry → test drive → booking → finance/insurance → retail → vehicle delivery → customer follow-up.

Required Skills

- DMS/CRM knowledge

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines

Education:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage

Experince:
- 6–10 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in a passenger-car dealership.

Preferred Background:
- Passenger car dealership
- MG / Tata / Mahindra / Hyundai / Maruti Suzuki / Kia / Toyota / Honda or similar automotive brands.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Manager / Team Leader / Assistant Sales Manager role preferred.
- Candidates with experience in reputed automotive brands will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
