JD for the profile of CSD / CPC Sales Manager

· Manage & increase the sales in our CSD / CPC channel of sales utilizing our network of the existing sales team.

· Manage the stock levels & display of our products at various outlets -Review inventory levels and ensure product availability.

· Must be able to Work Independently as per KRA- KPI agreed.

· Analysis of Rico Market share and maintain branding of Rico products.

· Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure that Material has been received as per order.

What we are looking for?

Qualifications & Skills Required:

· Educational Qualifications – Any Graduate

· Experience – 6 -10 years of experience in Sales in the CSD (Defence -Canteen Stores Dept) or CPC (Central Police Forces) channel.

· Lead a high-performing team.

· Should be able to travel and generate leads across Pan India. (Assigned Region)

· Have Valuable communication, interpersonal skills & negotiation skills.

· Computer skills (Excel, Word)

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
