About the Role
We're growing our real estate and mortgage teams and looking for a motivated, organized
Business Development Associate to join us. This is a hybrid role: you'll help us recruit and
onboard new loan officers and real estate agents, while also supporting client-facing
lead nurturing and day-to-day operations. It's a great fit for someone who's an excellent
communicator, comfortable on the phone, and eager to grow into a larger sale or recruiting
role over time.
No prior industry experience required - we'll train you on the real estate/mortgage side.
What matters most is that you're proactive, organized, and genuinely positive with people.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Team Growth
Source and reach out to potential loan officer and real estate agent candidates (via LinkedIn and other channels)
Make outbound and handle inbound calls to engage candidates about joining our team
Nurture candidate relationships through consistent, structured follow-up
Coordinate handoff of committed candidates to onboarding/agreement process
Client & Partner Support
Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage potential clients and partners
Support senior team members with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Communicate professionally with agents, loan officers, and clients via phone and email
Operations & Admin
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM
Schedule meetings, prepare documents, and manage paperwork
Review real estate and loan contracts for accuracy and completeness before submission
Collaborate with the team to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
