About the Role

Ace Web Solutions is looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities for our US IT services through proactive B2B prospecting and outbound sales.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, business development, or appointment setting. The candidate should be confident speaking with US business owners and decision-makers, identifying business needs, creating interest in IT services, qualifying prospects, and generating sales opportunities.

Experience selling to or prospecting businesses in accounting, law, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or multi-location businesses will be highly preferred.

This is a US-facing role, so excellent spoken and written English,



qualified communication, and the ability to confidently communicate with American business professionals are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to US-based businesses and decision-makers.
- Identify and research potential business prospects within assigned industries.
- Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and other outbound channels.
- Target businesses including accounting firms, law firms, construction companies, manufacturing companies, logistics businesses, and multi-location businesses.
- Identify business pain points and understand potential IT service requirements.
- Introduce and position IT support, managed IT services, and technology solutions to prospective customers.
