Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Engineer to oversee the execution of corporate and institutional construction projects. The role involves managing site operations, coordinating with consultants and contractors, ensuring quality execution, and delivering projects within timelines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of corporate construction projects from foundation to handover.
- Supervise RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, painting, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Evaluating engineering drawings- Verifying samples & finishes as per the design scheme and specification.
- Conduct pre- and post-concreting inspections, including reinforcement, shuttering, alignment, levelling, and curing.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards,



safety practices, and material utilization.
- Prepare quantity estimates, verify executed quantities, and support billing and BOQ reconciliation.
- Maintain daily progress reports and resolve on-site technical challenges efficiently.

Required Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 57 years of experience in execution of commercial, corporate, or institutional building projects.
- Robust understanding of RCC structures, finishing works, and site quality control.
- Experience coordinating multiple agencies and executing projects as per drawings and specifications.
