Indianews Communication works with Government and PSU clients for their Social Media Management, PR and Communication requirements. We are looking for a Tender Manager who can independently handle government and PSU e-tendering activities.

Key Responsibilities

Search and identify relevant Government and PSU tenders.

Handle the complete tender process from tender identification to final submission.

Prepare and arrange all required tender documents.

Submit bids on GeM, CPP Portal and State Government e-Tendering Portals.

Check tender eligibility, technical requirements, BOQ, EMD and other conditions.

Track tender deadlines, corrigendums and updates.

Coordinate with internal teams for documents, pricing and approvals.





Maintain records of submitted and upcoming tenders.

Follow up on tender results and post-bid requirements.

Required Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in tender management or e-tendering.

Valuable practical knowledge of GeM (Government e-Marketplace).

Good knowledge of CPP Portal and State Government e-Tendering Portals.

Good understanding of tender documents, eligibility criteria and submission process.

Good MS Word and Excel skills.

Strong follow-up, coordination and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders at the same time.

Preferred Experience

Experience in manpower/service-based tenders will be an added advantage. Candidates who have handled manpower tenders related to Social Media Management, PR, Digital Marketing or Communication services will be preferred.

Candidates from other e-tendering backgrounds can also be considered if they have good practical tender
