About the Opportunity

Wordcraft Legal Translation is looking for ambitious, confident, and target-oriented sales professionals to join our growing business development team.

The selected candidate will begin with a two-month paid training program in India, where they will receive comprehensive training on our services, sales process, customer handling, and business development activities.

After successfully completing the training, the candidate will relocate to the United Arab Emirates and take up a full-time field sales role, working directly with corporate clients and businesses across the UAE.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are looking to develop their sales career while gaining valuable international market exposure.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients and business prospects across the UAE.
- Conduct field visits,



client meetings, networking activities, and cold outreach to generate new business.
- Promote and sell the company's key services, including Legal Translation, Document Attestation, and Business Setup solutions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate services.
- Develop and maintain robust professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate with clients, and convert leads into successful sales.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Support local promotional activities, including WhatsApp marketing and field-level campaigns.
- Maintain proper records of leads, client meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize business opportunities.
