About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally qualified, thoughtful, energetic Senior Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate the culinary operations of a premier 5-Star Luxury Hotel in Trivandrum.

The ideal candidate will oversee multi-outlet dining operations, banqueting facilities and room service. This role requires an operational strategist with proven expertise in revenue optimisation, menu engineering, guest satisfaction and team leadership within high-volume, luxury hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Direct day-to-day operations across all fine-dining restaurants, specialised outlets, bars and high-capacity banqueting facilities to ensure 5-star brand compliance.
- Financial Management: Drive revenue growth, set operational budgets, manage food and labour costs, control inventory,



and maximize profitability through strategic menu pricing and waste reduction.
- Guest Experience & Quality Control: Maintain flawless service standards, resolve guest escalations proactively, and build lasting customer relationships to drive positive reviews and repeat business.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and train outlet managers, head servers, and support staff. Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and professional growth to reduce turnover.
- Vendor & Compliance Oversight: Manage supplier relationships, enforce strict FSSAI food safety protocols, adhere to local licensing requirements, and maintain rigorous hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Chef, Front Office, Sales & Marketing, and Engineering to deliver seamless corporate events, weddings, and VIP guest experiences.
