Site Supervisor— Site Execution Of Modular Furniture

We are looking for a hands-on site execution person with strong knowledge of modular furniture to manage projects from site measurement to final installation.

Responsibilities
- Visit sites and take accurate measurements.
- Supervise installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, bedrooms and office furniture.
- Read and understand modular furniture drawings.
- Coordinate with the factory, designers, clients, and installers.
- Check site readiness, dimensions, levels, and electrical and plumbing points.
- Ensure proper alignment, shutter gaps, finishing, and quality.
- Manage carpenters/installers at the site.
- Identify and solve execution issues to minimize rework.




- Complete projects on time and ensure proper handover.

Must Have
- 2+ years of experience in modular furniture/interior site execution.
- Valuable knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, hardware, plywood/MDF/HDHMR and laminates.
- Strong measurement and installation knowledge.
- Ability to read modular furniture drawings.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Pune.
- Preferred:
- AutoCAD / modular furniture software knowledge.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
