Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Rewards COE to align on processes and system-related requirements.
- Serve as the primary communication channel to operational teams across global locations.
- Manage and coordinate with external vendors to ensure seamless execution and program delivery.
- Lead Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations as well as support project initiatives. Handle queries from users
- Participate in and support compensation and rewards survey submissions.
- Drive operational efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build automation and streamline processes.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for global stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1.5+ years of relevant experience in rewards, HR operations, or a related field
