Role & responsibilities
- Conduct market research and speak with customers and internal teams to understand business problems and opportunities.
- Travel as required for field research, customer meetings, and business requirements.
- Create questionnaires, analyse findings, and convert insights into product requirements and workflows.
- Work closely with the Tech/Product team on product development, UAT, testing, and production deployment.
- Support the BD team in pre-sales, customer discussions, and onboarding the first set of customers.
- Get hands-on exposure to Product Management, Business Analysis, FinTech, Customer Discovery, and Product Launch.

Preferred candidate profile
- Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory.
- Candidates should be willing to travel between cities as part of the role.
- Any graduate or final-year student can apply.
- Candidates who are interested in operations, coordination, and business processes are encouraged to apply.
- Positive communication, coordination, and basic computer/spreadsheet skills will be an advantage.
