Manufacturing skills

Knowledge on Auto cad, 3D software like Solid works and CAM ,

Computer skills like: MS office, Power point, and other basics.

CNC Turning, milling, with 4 to 5 axis machining along with Cutting tools knowledge

Programming knowledge with: Fanuc, Siemens and other similar controls.

Knowledge on General machine shop machines like: Milling, turning, grinding, Heat treatment

Experience in handling multiple process/departments with min of 100 to 150 people working under.

knowledge on Production monitoring system

Ability to Managing process/ productivity/Manpower/Rejections.

Managing material cost as per budget.

Monitor, review, follow-up of shop loading plan as per the requirement.

Planning skills





Coordinate with planning on customer wise order to be executed based on mutual delivery commitment.

Knowledge on Raw material, outsourcing parts, machine wise capacity, consumables.

Monitor daily production compliance to planned qty department wise.

Responsibility of meeting delivery compliance as per plan

Supervision, Review, and follow-up production plan achieve daily, weekly and monthly target
