- DEC or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years experience in Basis operation support and project delivery
- Operational Basis administration experience in below areas:
- Oracle DBMS/Unix/Linux
- ECC, BWBPC, SRM, MDM, Portal, Mobile, NWDI
- Business Objects and Content Server
- Monitoring tool, SLD and Gateway administration
- Mandatory support experience in below:
- Support Packs & Kernel Upgrade
- SAP / Oracle / OS memory management,
- System monitoring, tuning & Workload management
- System Refresh/Copy
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Aptitude for team work and for collaboration with other departments
- Positive planning and organizational Skills
- Understanding of change management, SDLC and SOX concepts in a large corporation
- ASSETS
- Recommended” SAP Certifications (like Basis, OS/DB Migration)
- Working knowledge of SAP HANA
