We are now looking for Admissions Team Lead to join our Ernakulam office. The apt candidate should be a graduate in any stream who is able to join immediately. Detailed roles and responsibilities are given below.

Responsibilities:

A. Managing telephonic association with customers through inbound and outbound calls.

B. Monitoring the student’s queries both individually and in groups.

C. Understanding the student requirements and suggesting to them the right courses and packages.

D. Should be well-informed and properly updated about the courses, colleges, examinations, and allotments.

E. Provide support towards social media marketing.

F. Maintain reports and data sheets as Microsoft Excel files for every call inbound and outbound.

G. Should have experience in handling a team of 3-5 Employees.

Your inbound and outbound calls details are as follows:

Inbound calls

i. Responding to queries from clients (students/parents) and give timely support when requested.

ii. Responsible to attend to the admission enquiry calls and converting it to admissions. Outbound calls

iii.



Inform about webinars, workshops, and certification courses conducted.

iv. Regular follow-up on leads assigned to take admissions.

v. Update customers about upcoming exams/allotment dates.

G. Capture the insights from customer interactions and share them with the internal team.

H. Coordinating with the operations/technical team to ensure timely responses to inquiries.

I. You are required to carry, at all times the office mobile provided to you. You should strictly update all the calls on the CRM Software regularly.

J. Office Administrative works.

K. Assisting Marketing Activities. Other duties as assigned by the higher authorities.

Qualification:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream
- Prefer candidates with experience of 1-3 years
- Languages known: English, Malayalam, Proficiency in other Languages will be an added
